Our company has established a biotechnology platform for the techniques and quality research on unsaturated fattyacids, focused on developing the fermentation of algal oil microorganism and the preparation technology of algal oil microcapsules with a self-relied intellectual property, and realized many patents. Our company has gained a long-term collaboration between enterprises,universities and research institutes with Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a well-known technological powerhouse, and has made great breakthroughs in the key technology of the high-density fermentation of algal oil. The special low-salt algal oil DHA fermentation technology has an advantage over the others in the industry; the high-content, high-stability arachidonate fermentation technology has completed industrial application; the fermentation technology of DHA algal oil with rich EPA has made a periodical progress. In addition, the preparation technology of microcapsules can present different contents and formulas according to clients’ requirements, which offer more options for customers.
