The regulation of baby foods is becoming stricter

The General Administration of Customs publicized the information on foods which were rejected to entry on December, 2018. 24 batches of complementary food produced by Asahi Group Food, Ltd., and imported by Shanghai New Union Textra Import and Export Co., Ltd. are on the list. Not only the customs supervises over the complementary food for infants strictly, relevant national authorities also have formulated and launched strict standards on the industry of infant food to ensure quality control from the very source.
